3. Booking & Deposits

Deposits are applied toward the final cost of service performed.

If the requested scope changes, pricing may change accordingly.

4. Estimates, Scope Changes, and On-Site Confirmation

Any pre-booking service selection or estimate is informational and subject to on-site confirmation. Fit Homes may recommend safer or more appropriate solutions after evaluation. If you approve revised scope/pricing, work proceeds accordingly.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule, contact [email protected] as soon as possible. Fit Homes may charge a reasonable fee for late cancellations/no-shows where permitted by law and disclosed at the time of booking.

6. Refund Policy

Deposits: Applied toward service performed. If a refund is available, it may be reduced by any documented costs or reserved time where allowed.

7. Workmanship & Remedies
