End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and Fit Homes LLC for any digital products, documents, guides, templates, or downloadable materials that Fit Homes provides (“Digital Product”). By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using a Digital Product, you agree to this EULA.

2. License Grant

Fit Homes grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Digital Product for your personal use (or internal business use if purchased for a business) in accordance with this EULA.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, share, or publicly post the Digital Product (in whole or in part).
Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
Use the Digital Product to create a competing product or service.
Provide the Digital Product to third parties except as allowed under a separate written agreement with Fit Homes.

4. Ownership

The Digital Product is licensed, not sold. Fit Homes retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Digital Product, including all intellectual property rights.

5. Updates and Changes

Fit Homes may update or modify Digital Products from time to time. Access to updates may depend on your purchase terms.

6. Disclaimer

Digital Products are provided for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice. Results vary based on individual circumstances. The Digital Product is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fit Homes will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Fit Homes’ total liability related to the Digital Product shall not exceed the amount you paid for that Digital Product.

8. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Fit Homes may terminate this EULA if you violate its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete any copies of the Digital Product in your possession.
